氧化鈰廣泛的運用於玻璃的拋光，根據其礦土化合物可呈現類紅色及類乳白色兩種，並依照燒結及配方之不同適用於不同磨耗度的玻璃。依照中心粒徑大小(D50)可區分為微米級(um)及奈米級(nm)兩種，微米級氧化鈰(0.8~3.0um)主要以粉末狀態銷售，而奈米級氧化鈰(100~800nm)為了同時達成拋光的精度及速度，主要以拋光液方式銷售，我方可針對不同玻璃的材質及拋光目的，搭配不同拋光墊以提供其解決製程的方案。

Cerium oxide is widely used in glass polishing. Depending on its ore compound, it can appear in two types: reddish and milky white. According to different sintering processes and formulations, it is suitable for polishing glass with varying degrees of abrasiveness. Based on the median particle size (D50), cerium oxide can be classified into two categories: micron-sized (μm) and nano-sized (nm). Micron-sized cerium oxide (0.8–3.0 μm) is mainly sold in powder form, while nano-sized cerium oxide (100–800 nm) is primarily sold as a polishing slurry to achieve both polishing precision and speed.
